How to Fix QB Error -6143, -298

I am having trouble when I go to backup my qb 2015. I am getting error codes -6143, -298. can you help?

Hi  Wesley M. Chism,

Are you on single user environment or multi user environment , Please close down all the instance (Log Out user )  and than try again . If the problem still persists ,
Call the Quickbooks Phone Number at Toll Free Number
