QB MAC Crash Catcher Error

I have quickbooks 2018 for mac. The program crashed and I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but when I restart it still comes up with the crash catcher. went to open a company file and the crash catcher keeps coming up . I have installed the program but it will not open
