QB Not Showing Paypal

I had a conversation with someone about 2 weeks ago who was supposed to follow up but did not. One of my bank accounts is not showing up on the transaction page. It was for paypal. The person i spoke with made some adjustments but it is still not showing up. quick books  support error sage
